This Acceptable Use Policy explains the conduct we expect from anyone using Liveuply. It applies to your account, your team members, the websites you publish through Liveuply, and any data, content, or prompts you submit into the product.

By using Liveuply, you agree to follow this policy together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

• do not use Liveuply for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
• do not impersonate another person, business, brand, or public authority
• do not publish false claims, fake testimonials, or manipulated review summaries meant to mislead visitors
• do not use Liveuply to send spam, phishing content, or malicious redirects

• submit only business information, reviews, images, prompts, and assets that you are allowed to use
• do not use Liveuply to collect, expose, or republish personal data without a valid legal basis
• do not ask Liveuply to generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights
• do not use review or location data in ways that violate the rules of a source platform or applicable law

• do not probe, scan, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass Liveuply security controls
• do not share accounts in ways that evade plan limits or access restrictions
• do not automate abusive traffic against Liveuply or against third-party services connected to Liveuply
• do not upload malware, ransomware, harmful scripts, or payloads intended to damage systems or data

• no hateful, violent, harassing, exploitative, or extremist content
• no sexually exploitative or child-directed abuse material
• no content intended to facilitate fraud, unauthorized surveillance, credential theft, or illegal activity
• no websites designed primarily to manipulate search engines or deceive visitors about the identity or reputation of a business

Liveuply is designed to help businesses turn review signals into clear, accurate websites. You remain responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, especially for regulated claims, pricing, testimonials, health or legal statements, and any other content where accuracy matters.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend publishing, throttle activity, or terminate accounts when needed to protect Liveuply, our users, third parties, or the public. In serious cases, we may preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

If you believe a user or published site is violating this policy, contact the Liveuply support team through the sign-in page. Include the affected URL, a short description of the issue, and any supporting context that helps us investigate quickly.
