Terms of Service
These terms cover account use, billing, content responsibility, third-party dependencies, and the legal limits that apply when using Liveuply.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your use of Liveuply, including the website, admin panel, generated site publishing tools, and related services. By creating an account, signing in, or using Liveuply, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
If you use Liveuply on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. What Liveuply provides
Liveuply is a software platform. It does not guarantee rankings, conversions, data completeness, or uninterrupted availability of third-party inputs.
- create and manage websites based on business review signals
- generate structured copy, layouts, and related assets
- edit, save, and publish websites on Liveuply or on connected domains where available
- manage plans, billing, and workspace activity inside the admin panel
3. Accounts and access
- you must provide accurate account information and keep it current
- you are responsible for activity under your account
- you must protect access to your email account and any connected credentials
- we may suspend access if we believe your account has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms
4. Plans, billing, and refunds
Liveuply may offer free and paid plans with different quotas, publishing options, or support levels. Paid subscriptions renew on the billing cycle you choose unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Payments are processed through Dodo Payments or another designated billing provider. Taxes, fees, and payment processing terms may apply based on your location and chosen plan.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable once the paid period has begun. If we issue a refund as a courtesy, that does not create an ongoing obligation to do so in other cases.
5. Your content and generated output
- you keep ownership of the business information, edits, media, and other content you submit to Liveuply, subject to any rights held by third parties
- you grant Liveuply the rights needed to host, process, transform, reproduce, and display that content to operate the service
- you are responsible for making sure you have the right to use submitted reviews, images, trademarks, and other assets
- generated output should be reviewed by you before publication, especially where legal, regulated, or factual claims are involved
6. Third-party services and source data
Liveuply may rely on third-party services to authenticate users, deliver email, process billing, run AI-assisted generation, or collect business and review-related signals. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy commitments.
We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, or data issues caused by providers or source platforms outside our control.
7. Acceptable use and enforcement
Your use of Liveuply must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, suspend accounts, reject publication, or terminate access when we reasonably believe the service is being used unlawfully, abusively, deceptively, or in a way that creates legal or security risk.
8. Liveuply intellectual property
Liveuply and its software, branding, interfaces, and underlying systems are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active account or subscription.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Liveuply is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liveuply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Liveuply at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay for a paid plan, create legal or operational risk, or if we discontinue part of the service.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute terms, and rights relating to existing content and records, will survive termination.
11. Governing law and contact
Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If a dispute arises, you agree to contact the Liveuply support team through the sign-in page first so we can try to resolve it informally. If that does not work, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
